Cost Controller Assistant

Le Bélier is a global group specialized in the manufacture of molded aluminum safety components for cars. Le Bélier group is one of the largest independent suppliers of the aluminum cast parts for the global car industry.

Located on three continents, with more than 3.200 employees, Le Bélier group has one plant in Serbia, one in France, three in Hungary, two in Mexico and three in China specialized in three products family: braking components, air intake and chassis-structure.

Le Bélier has been successfully operating in Serbia, Kikinda since 2003. Due to continued progress of our plant, we are looking for a candidate for the following position:

COST CONTROLLER ASSISTANT (m/f)

(Position based in Kikinda)

Main responsibilities:

As an Assistant Cost Controller you are responsible to assist the Cost Controller in his day to day activities, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

·         Follow and report daily, weekly and monthly indicators

·         Monitor analytical accounting of production costs and perform necessary trainings and corrections

·         Assist in the preparation of investment requests and provide monthly follow up

·         Coordinate and verify non quality costs invoices

·         Assist the Cost Controller in the month end inventory and timely spot checks

·         Monitor and prepare evaluation of stocks' project synthesis of stock intake, analysis of stock variation, valorization of stock

·         Implement and conduct the bi annual operating equipment inventory

·         Operate the bi annual inventory of spare parts and consumables

·         Participate in monthly, quarterly, annual closing and reports

Requirements:

·         University degree in Economics ( Accounting, Audit and Financial Management)

·         Previous working experience is not necessary

·         Computer literacy (proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP)

·         Fluency in English and Serbian, knowledge of French language is a plus

·         Ability to analyze and synthesize industrial data into financial data

·         Strong time management, organization and office skills
